How the Photoshoot Works

The photoshoot is structured to present the property in the best possible light while maintaining a natural and realistic feel.

Before the shoot, I provide simple instructions on how to prepare the space, including cleaning, decluttering, and basic furniture arrangement.

On the day of the shoot:

I carefully evaluate lighting and angles
I adjust details to enhance the space (without changing the layout)
I turn on all lighting to create a warm, inviting atmosphere
I photograph each room from the most flattering angles

During the shoot, I work efficiently and respectfully, ensuring minimal disruption.
The shoot typically takes about 1 hour for an apartment and up to 2 hours for a villa.

After the shoot:

I professionally edit the images (lighting, colors, clarity, and sky, if needed)
I deliver high-quality, ready-to-use photos suitable for Booking.com, Airbnb, brochures, and other marketing materials
